What: If you enjoy coffee and sweet treats just like we do, join us on this stamp carving class designed for beginners! We will be carving 6 stamps, which make the prints of a hot beverage, ice-cream wafer, and ice gem biscuits.
At the end of the class, you'll take home the stamps you make, 4 ink pads (brown, purple, green, and pink), and 2 carving knives. Class fee includes 1 drink from the menu, and the priceless company of Totoro the house cat.
Who: The class has a limited capacity of 6 to ensure a slow and cozy session. We're really just here to have fun!

About the Instructor
Jean Toh is the founder of Baisimu, a Singapore-based creative studio specialising in handmade stone seals and rubber stamps that blend traditional Chinese artistry with contemporary design. She has conducted workshops with institutions such as the Esplanade's Huayi Festival, the National Heritage Board, and the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre.
Her solo exhibition, Inches of Singapore, explored local culture through seal art. Jean’s work has been featured in The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, and Hello Singapore, celebrating her efforts to keep Chinese heritage arts alive. Her stamp designs often feature nostalgic local elements like Singlish and traditional snacks, making heritage relatable to modern audiences.
